Born in Gansu, China in 1984. Obtained B.Sc and MA.Sc degree in 2007 and 2010 from Lanzhou University, China.

Came to Singapore to pursue PhD degree at National University of Singapore, Department of Material Science & Engineering in Aug 2010. Obtained PhD degree in Jan 2014 and became a research fellow. Joined Temasek Laboratories as a research scientist in May 2015.

Research Activities and Interests
Micromagnetic modelling, chemical synthesis, patterning, soft magnetic materials, magnetic nanostructures, microwave absorber, microwave shielding, magnetic nanoparticle hyperthermia, magnetic resonance imaging, 3D printing.
